LET’S WORK TOGETHER

Parents are very important to us as children achieve their best when home and school work well together.

We welcome parents into the academy and are continually looking for ways to develop stronger links. The children’s development is carefully monitored and parents are kept well informed of progress.

SEND INFORMATION

Special Educational
Needs & Disabilities

We are committed to providing an appropriate and high quality education to all the children in our care. We believe that all children, including those identified as having a Special Educational Need or a Disability (SEND) have a common entitlement to a broad and balanced academic and social curriculum and to the best of their ability, to be included in all aspects of school life and to flourish.
Children are all different and make progress at different rates.
They have different ways in which they learn best. Our teachers take account of this in the way they organise their lessons and teach. Children making slower progress or having particular difficulties in one area may be given extra help to help them succeed.

Our SEND Coordinator (SENCo) is Miss. N Wilson
